Tonight I finished my first pair of socks! These will not be the last. These are really fun to make, and VERY satisfying. Also, they make a great distraction from the Republican National Convention. Handy!
These are amazing! I would like to propose a mini sock-making tutoring session one weekend for those of us who don't know the first thing about making socks but would like to try. Would you be willing to give me some tips? I will make treats...and tea...and be very thankful indeed.
I will give you all of the tips I have used for these, my first socks. If we can get Robin for our session, that would be even better, as I am her protege, after all!

PS - Thanks Sarah!
Congratulations Jen! I love them. The colours especially. what kind of yarn did you use?
OK! The wool is:
'ONline' SuperSocke 100 Circle Color - Color 1059.
I got it at Beehive a few weeks ago!
Yeah!
That was speedy knitting, friend. I am impressed! I'm into organizing some more sock-knitting times...
