Making Rebar Hummus


Jen & Marc made hummus last week, which inspired me to do the same I wanted a snack, and I needed an excuse to try our new hand blender (a wedding gift). I decided to try the recipe from my trusty Rebar cookbook, and oh my. The mint! It's unbelievable. Here's the recipe.

i know this hummous very well - it's ridiculously good - i think it's the cashews. the honey ginger dressing is my favorite thing in that book though. the first time i made it i actually woke up in the middle of the night and would take a spoonful. so good.
