Everything is the worst

I'm at that point in the semester when I'm having a hard time showering when I should. I stopped taking my vitamins a couple of weeks ago. I'm not drinking enough water. The thing that is really getting me down is this political theory essay that I have to finish in a week. I was going to submit an essay about Marxian theories of alienation, but when no one offered to sell me this type of essay I decided change my subject to Kropotkin and Anarchy. My dad suggested that I refuse to write the essay in order to embrace the true nature of this political theory. He made me laugh and then I truly considered the option.

I've been listening to Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots, the 2002 Flaming Lips album, while I slog away on the computer. Here's one of my favorite songs on the album: Fight Test.

Good luck and hang in there, Erin. I know your pain...I know it all too well. Ritter Sport helps though, just don't forget that.

Good luck Erin, This song actually got me through many hard times as I was finishing my thesis and working at the Greenroom a great dingy bar in Toronto. To this day it is one of my favourite songs that stirs up many memories!

Ugh, I remember that part of school. Whenever I envy students I remember the end of semester assignment pile up, the guilt, the apathy. Oh woe is you. Focus on the positive things that can come out of procrastination. Clean the house! Do laundry! Write your Baba a letter! Then it's time to face the facts - the best way to do something is to do it.

Thanks for the encouraging words, buddies. I only have two finals left, and I'm not worried about them. Whew.
